There are several CD's of Malawian Music available.  These are all recordings of music of either choirs from Embangweni - some recorded in Embangweni and some on tours; or from other musicians in the Synod of Livingstonia.   They are all duplicated on a computer with professional looking labels and covers.  All of the proceeds go to a good purpose in Malawi - some to the hospital and some to support a minister in his studies.

The Choir CD's include the Embangweni Hospital Chapel Choir both at home and on tour and an Embangweni Mission Station choir on tour.  These CD's are all vocals by the choirs without any instrument accompaniment.  The proceeds from the sale of these CD's goes to the work of the Embangweni Hospital or the support of the Hospital Chapel Choir.

The other CD's are recordings of Rev. Chimwemwe Mhango, some with the CCAP Mzuzu Joint Choir.  Rev. Mhango was formerly the head of station at Embangweni and is a renowned musician in his own right.  These CD's are all vocals with electric keyboard backups.  It is a very different sound from the Choir CD's but is still very Malawian - but a bit more modern.  The proceeds from the sale of these CD's goes to help further the education of Rev. Chimwemwe Mhango.
