The Synod of Livingstonia covers all of northern Malawi. The synod office is in Mzuzu.

The Synod of Nkhoma resides in the central portion of Malawi. It consists of 124 congregations with over 1200 prayer houses. It also includes the Mission Station at Nkhoma, with the Nkhoma Hospital, the Nkhoma College of Nursing and 10 health centers. More detail can be found at Wikipedia.
