There are 4 primary or secondary schools on the Loudon Mission Station itself, all  owned by CCAP Synod of Livingstonia.

• Embangweni School for the Deaf
• Embangweni Secondary School for the Deaf
• Robert Laws Secondary School

There is a Community Day Secondary School just off the station. 

There is the Loudon Teacher Training College.  This is also owned by the CCAP Synod of Livingstonia.
